Assignment context

UNFPA Syria is seeking an Online Volunteer to develop interactive knowledge management tools, improve summaries of the program components focusing on RH, Gender/ GBV / youth and population and development, and recomend clearer pathway to enhace the data flow. All these will enable programme teams to monitor key indicators, improve data visualization, and support evidence-based decision-making across programme interventions.

Task description

We are seeking 1 Online Volunteer to support the development of knowledge management tools for UNFPA Syria. Under the guidance of the Assistant Representative, and in coordination with the programme team, the volunteer will be expected to:
Prepare summaries of program components (RH, Gender/GBV, Youth, Population & Development).Number of summaries 4.
Recommend clearer pathways to enhance data flow, in consultation with the supervisor. A pathway is developed.

Skills and experience

University degree
key qualifications include experience with Excel, Power BI, AI-powered tools, reporting, which align with the responsibilities mentioned
