Mission and objectives

Assignment context
This assignment contributes to the Rousto Charity's initiatives, which aim to strengthen community outreach, enhance access to quality public health and education services in alignment with Sustainable Development Goals 1, 3, 4, 7, 8.
Our team is determined to develop our website to better engage our stakeholders and disseminate vital resources. To ensure this digital tool is robust, secure, and user-friendly, we require the specialized support of a volunteer web developer. The selected volunteer will collaborate closely with our project and communications team to translate our operational objectives into a functional, responsive digital interface, helping us maximize our digital reach and impact for sustainable human development.
Task description
We are looking for three dedicated volunteers to support us with development of a new website. We expect to have a website with more or less 10 pages covering different aspects of our activities, including About Us, Our Projects, Contact Us, News and Events, Board of Directors, Our Team, Reports, Legal and Regulatory Documents, Donate Now, and integration of acquiring to enable us to receive donations directly through our website. The final number of the pages can be negotiated and agreed upon with the UNV based on his/her experience as well.
The website will be on WordPress.
Skills and experience
We are looking for three online volunteers to develop our website in three languages: English, Russian and Tajik. The online volunteers are expected to have the following qualifications to support us with the website development:
- proven experience in website creation;
- excellent knowledge of English/Russian/Tajik;
- excellent knowledge about the technical specifications of website and ability to train staff on future maintenance of the website.
- skills on embedding acquiring codes to enable mobilization of donations directly through the website;
