Privacy notice

ImpactRoles collects only the information needed to provide accounts, saved jobs and job alerts. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile image and Google account identifier. We do not receive your Google password or access to your email, contacts or files.

What we store

We store account details, encrypted sign-in tokens, active sessions, saved jobs, alert criteria, preferences, security events and any email subscription you create. Basic server logs may include IP addresses, browser details and request timestamps for security and reliability.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate you, provide requested features, secure the service, troubleshoot problems and understand aggregate site usage. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and international processing

Google provides authentication. Our hosting, database and analytics providers process limited information needed to operate the site. Information may be processed outside your country with appropriate technical and contractual safeguards.

Retention and your choices

Account information is retained while your account is active. You can remove saved jobs and alerts at any time and delete your account from account settings. Security records may be retained for a limited period where necessary to prevent abuse or meet legal obligations.

Job applications

Applications are submitted on employers’ external websites. ImpactRoles does not receive or control application information you submit to those organisations; their privacy notices apply.
