Aviation Service Consultancy roster for Short-Term assignments

Purpose of this roster

The WFP Aviation Service is establishing this roster to support short-term assignments as operational requirements arise on a regular basis.

These assignments may vary in duration and are intended to address temporary staffing needs across a broad range of aviation‑related functions. Candidates placed on the roster may be deployed to fulfil different roles and responsibilities depending on operational needs, and in certain cases may also be requested to act as Chief Air Transport Officers or Aviation Safety Officers to ensure continuity of leadership and oversight in critical duty stations.

By establishing this roster, the Aviation Service will be better positioned to maintain a pool of qualified candidates and enhance workforce planning and profiling.

We invite candidates with relevant aviation profiles (as listed below) to submit an Expression of Interest. Candidates should be willing and available to undertake temporary assignments in support of the Aviation Service's activities and or the Aviation Safety unit, either remotely, at Headquarter, or where required, in countries where WFP operates, including hardship duty stations.

Remote assignments may be possible depending on operational requirements and business needs.
