ITS manages business solutions, technology infrastructure, application platforms, and end-user services through a federated operating model. Unit Context: Corporate Solutions (ITSCO) delivers corporate IT solutions through Corporate Technology Solutions, Digital Engagement, and Workforce Solutions (ITSCB). ITSCB supports the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, personnel administration, benefits, compensation, performance management, tax, staff receivables, payroll, and pension. This position is within the ITSCB Pension team, which supports World Bank Group Pension Administration. The team is responsible for the WBG's pension systems including end-to-end solutions for WBG retirees’ functions, including enrollment, participation, contributions and account balance, benefits computation and disbursement, pension payroll, taxes, retiree management and outreach. Duties and accountabilities: • Design, develop, configure, test, and coordinate solutions for Pension Administration system needs. • Analyze business requirements and recommend effective solutions working closely with clients and functional experts. • Develop and troubleshoot enterprise applications, workflows, APIs, integrations, and database components. • Document application architecture, integration requirements, data mappings, interface specifications, and technical workflows. • Estimate delivery timelines, identify risks, propose mitigations, and coordinate resolution across technical teams. • Create test plans, support implementation, investigate production and data issues, and perform post-implementation reviews. • Participate in Agile planning, backlog refinement, Scrum ceremonies, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
