The Corporate Digital Backbone unit within ITSCO creates an autonomous digital backbone for the orchestration of data, transactions, processes, and insights across the diverse corporate portfolio, e.g. application modernization, technology debt reduction, efficient data exchange, advanced analytics, enterprise integration, automated business processes, and agentic-AI. Duties and accountabilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for Retiree Portal Support • Manage user authentication • Oversee account provisioning • Provide account support and onboarding assistance • Monitor system performance and develop analytics reports • Support for New Product Rollouts • Participate in both manual and automated testing • Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Develop user guides • Manage the Team SharePoint Site • Maintain all contents up to date • Remove clutter and organize materials for easy access • Build Analytics Dashboard and Reports • Build and enhance basic queries • Assist the team to build Power BI and AI based analytics.
